Longport is a wonderful, quiet shore community in which you may relax on the serene beaches and let all the cares of the world drift away. Although there is less to do in Longport its location is spectacular! It is about fifteen minutes from Atlantic City and about five minutes from Somers Point and Ocean City. Visiting these neighboring towns will give you plenty of fun while letting you retreat back to the calm setting of Longport. Summer rentals are the only way to enjoy this town since there are no hotels, but most rentals will require at least a month stay. If you can take the time these rentals give you the convenience of having a comfortable home setting while still being on vacation.
